The Queer Collective runs on community efforts. Volunteers are the reason we’re able to host events, keep our space warm and welcoming, and build something that feels truly ours. Whether you’ve got time once a month or want to plug in regularly, there’s a place for you here.
Ways to Volunteer:
Event Support – Help with setup, breakdown, greeting folks, or running check-in
Outreach & Tabling – Share our work at events, distribute flyers, or support social media
Front Desk & Behind the Scenes – Greet visitors at the front/resource desk, help connect to resources and help with keeping space clean and organized.
What to Expect:
You’ll get a quick orientation—we won’t throw you in without support.
We’re flexible. Let us know what kinds of tasks feel right to you.
We value centering and supporting queer and BIPOC communities, and we ask volunteers to show up with respect, openness, and a shared commitment to our values.
